    Sap/Lively: A wine with sap is in its peak and has savors and pronounced smells, vivid.
    Seasoned/Spicy: Rich, spiced.
    Sensual/Sensitive: Opulence of flavor and texture, with impact on senses.
    Semi-dry: With some residual sugar but enough dry to drink as an aperitif or takes with certain meals.
    Semi-sweet: It has abundance of natural sugar, but it does not reach to be a wine of dessert (thought it does not combine with meals).
    Silky: With firm texture, but smooth to the palate. It is among the good wines for dessert.
    Simple: With no character or quality though it is not necessarily bad or unacceptable.
    Short: It takes a little time on the palate. It is not necessarily of bad quality.
    Soft/Smooth: Silky and velvety, sweet of pleasant touch. Harmony of tannins and acidity.
    Sparkling wine: Sparkling wine, as the Champagne. In the gasified wines, the sparkling is obtained by injection of carbonic gas.
    Spicy: White and red young wines with fresh acidity and attractive.
    Steely:Pale color of metallic shine (steel) which identifies some white wines.
