When uncorking the bottles, cut the capsule under the mark on the neck and clean the uncovered part. Use a good corkscrew without drilling the cork or top in order to avoid cork sediments fall into the wine. After that smell it and check that there is not any odd and unpleasant smells. Use clean and transparent glasses, filling them in their third or fourth part and holding them by the foot of the glass. The place where the tasting will be done, must be clean, and to have a good illumination, without strong smells as tobacco, perfumes, etc, in a quiet place and above all tables with a white surface. To taste it, it is advisable to be in a good state of health, relaxed and with and empty stomach or with good appetite.
