    Cap: Red dark wine and with little transparent.
    Carob tree (Algarrobo)/ Carob bean (Algarroba): who has chewed and smelled this leguminous plant will notice some sweet and toasted characteristics at the same time, with a rustic taste. It is generally been on brandies aged in soleras de Pedro Ximenez.
    Character: Wine which has its own and distinctive characteristics in its category
    Characteristic: It is that which shows the style and character of its grape, from its place of origin and even of its vintage.
    Clean/Fresh: absence of strange smell or unpleasant smells.
    Cooked/Jammy: Smell little defined which hides the fruit and shows lack of coolness.
    Complex: Balanced and with a harmonic combination of different smells and flavors.
    Cork (smell to): Fault of a wine which has got the cork smell in bad conditions and this smell uses to be mistaken with the smell to musty cork. The French use the term bouchonée to describe it.
    Corked: wine which gives off unpleasant smell (to cork); this is an enough strange fault to obtain.
    Coupage (Cupaje) It is a mix of different wines and vines
    Creamy: Smooth, rich in flavor and texture.
