    Nerveux/Nerve: Wine with body, with high levels of tannins but still unripe. It is a positive quality which shows that it could grow and when becomes calm and it becomes a great wine.
    Neutral/Ordinary: Without a defined character. It used to be the result of several mixed which are overridden each other.
    Noble: of good quality and lineage with great elegancy. Also this concept uses to be applied to describe more or less common or economical wines which have dignity.
