    Still wine: Neither aguja nor sparkling wine. It is used to design base wines to the production of sparkling wines.
    Structure: It has to be with the harmony which is obtained among, the tannins, the acid, the alcohol and the sugar. We can speak about a strong or weak structure.
    Sturdy: Hard, vigorous with plentiful alcohol and high tannic.
    Subtle: It is neither intensive nor deep.
    Sweetness: Wine with high level of residual sugars.
