    Maceration Red wine:
    It is made, barreling the entire bunches in a close tank with total absence of air, for 8 days, after that the bunches are softly pressed. The alcoholic grade varies between 12 and 12´5% vol. This particular elaboration provides with a red wine with red cherry color with violet trimmings very marked; well covered and vivid, with a bright and clean aspect, its smell is very intense and fruit. (raspeberry and redcurrant), outstanding in mouth its balance and its tasty body and with elegant final tannic touch. It has long persistence with reminiscent of fruit flavours.
     
    White Wines:
    They are mainly elaborated, with the variety listán blanco and a small proportion of bends of varieties (gual, malvasía, marmajuelo y albillo). The principal elaboration methods are:
