    Dry White Wines:
    The Fermentation is done to a temperature of 17ºC. The alcoholic graduation is between 11´5% and 12% vol. It shows a yellow pale colour, transparent and bright. With typical aroma of the variety where tropical elements together flowers notes are brought out. In mouth, it has a good structure; it is vivid, bright, thick, tasty and elegant with a persistence finish.
     
    Semi-dry White Wine:
    The Fermentation is done to a temperature of 17ºC, bringing to a halt when the must is cold to a temperature of 0º C. The alcoholic graduation is of 12º vol. The color is yellow pale, transparent and bright. In the nose, it has floral aromas of good quality and elegancy, intense and persistence. In mouth is smooth, well balancing, sweet and acid sensations.
