    ROSÉ WINE
     
    To its elaboration, white and red grapes are used in order to give them the color.
    It consists in the positioning of the grapes in a static draining. The volume of the grapes crushed the grape harvest and in this way, the must colored appears which is fermented in some hours. From that moment, it follows the same elaboration process as for the white wine.
