1.Visual Aspect: Sight Phase: cleanness, color and intensity.

The clean wines and bright are characterized by the absence of observable floating particles which are perceptible by the human eye. It is possible when interposing the wine between the eye and the natural daylight or a source of electricity (a bulb).

According to this criteria, wines are classified in: Cloudy (wines which we can see clearly floating particles), Opaque or dulls (they have a light turbidity, and a total absence of bright), Transparent and clean (which are perfectly clean but without reaching to a state of brilliance, Brilliant (reflect a big amount of light).

White Wines bottled, a characteristic which predominates a lot is the colour. It is of the most important perception of the visual phase and it must be appreciated with the wine in stand. Then, we will introduce a range of colours (simple) which we will find in most of the wines.
