    Pasteurized milk: is the name given to milk that has been heated to 63ºC for 30 minutes (low pasteurization), or to 72ºC during 15 seconds (high pasteurization).
    Pepsin: gastric juice enzyme that hydrolyzes proteins; it is extracted from the stomach of some animals and is used to treat digestion problems.
